FCMG in affiliation with Project Controls provided Project Management services for the 18,500 seat AT&T Center. FCMG’s involvement included project coordination and scheduling, FF&E management, inspection services, document controls and coordination of the SMWBE program. The project is recognized as one of the premier sports arenas in the country. The facility is a diverse multi-use facility that will house NBA, WNBA & NCAA basketball, the Stock Show and Rodeo, hockey and concerts. The facility is wheelchair accessible to 390 spaces. The arena has 60 suites, with 44 facing the event floor. In 2006 SBC merged with AT&T and the SBC Center is currently known as the AT&T Center.
