FCMG in affiliation with Zachry Construction Corporation is providing Document Controls Services on the Bexar County 2003 Bond Project: Juvenile Detention Center additions and alterations. The project includes; site improvements to the existing detention center, building demolition and a new parking structure. The alteration area includes; “Visitation and Intake.” Additions include; a 2-story housing unit, a new gym and expansion of the existing “Intake and Medical Center.”

Proposed are improvements to the existing roof and exterior window and masonry veneer removal and replacement.
