FCMG was awarded the contract in 2006 by Zachry Construction Corporation, to coordinate the installation and commissioning of the systems and equipment required for the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The 34,000 square foot EOC was designed and built for the City of San Antonio and Bexar County.

The EOC coordinates with the Governor’s Division of Emergency Management, Texas EOC and a nationwide EOC network to provide critical assistance in times of crisis. The center was built inside of Brooks City-Base campus and has become and will continue to be a vital part of the City of San Antonio’s emergency team if and when there is a need.
