FCMG is affiliation with
Jacobs provided Project Management services for The San
Antonio International Airport Expansion Program, which
included a 2,200 space pre-cast parking structure. In addition
to Project Management Services, FCMG was responsible for
coordination through the A/E on all design and construction
activities, interfacing with Airport Parking Department
and staff.
FCMG’s services included
Construction Administration QA inspections, project coordination,
document controls, change management and project close-out.
