Scheduling
FCMG in affiliation with Parsons is currently responsible
for maintaining master schedules for various military bases
throughout the country on projects which include: Construction
of new Commissaries and Exchange Buildings for the Air Force,
Navy, Army, and Marines at various locations. Also complete
renovation of existing Commissaries and Exchanges. FCMG was
also responsible for the creation of the Master Schedule
for the $90 million family housing project at the Naval Air
Station in Corpus Christi, TX.
