FCMG is serving as lead on the Project Management team overseeing the pre-design, design, procurement and construction of the $27.5 million renovation of Terminal I and II along with renovation of concessions areas in both terminals of the San Antonio International Airport. FCMG is responsible for coordination of all design and construction activities on the project, along with interfacing with the concessions manager and multiple airline managers.
