FCMG in affiliation with Heery International provided
Program Management services on additions and renovations
to thirteen (13) existing branch libraries, along with
construction of six (6) new branch libraries. The new
main library was delivered as CM-at-risk projects,
with the other eighteen (18) branches delivered in
the traditional design-bid-build method.
Foster CM Group provided project coordination services,
QA Inspections, Document Controls and managed the MBE
program.
