FCMG in affiliation with EG&G, Inc. provided Project/Construction
Management services during the planning and implementation
phases of the privatization of Kelly Air Force Base.
During the planning phase of this project, FCMG assisted
in the planning study for Joint Use of the existing
airfield.
FCMG provided project/construction management services
on the renovation of the existing buildings on the
Kelly development to make ready for leasing to private
companies entering Kelly during privatization.
As a core team member of the EG&G, Inc. Project Management
team, FCMG provided scheduling, cost management and
construction inspection services on the $5 million
Administration Building at Kelly USA. |
