FCMG in affiliation with CH2M Hill provided Budgeting and Scheduling services for nine sub-contractors along with three universities; preparing all purchase orders, reviewing all invoices, generating change orders and maintaining the project change order log, generating monthly progress and cost reports, monthly schedule updates, individual team earned value analysis, coordination of team meeting coordination, tracking all deliverables (draft and final reports, model development, and GIS data), and maintaining project files.
