FCMG is augmenting the
PAISD staff as Program Manager on the 2007 Bond Program,
representing and servicing the Port Arthur ISD in the execution
and management of their current $189 million program. Our
services include (but are not limited to): Program Management;
Project Management; Procurement; Construction Management;
Pre-design/Design consultation and coordination and Project
close out.
FCMG is overseeing multiple delivery methods within the
program which consists of: 3 new buildings at the new high
school; a new stadium press box; 2 new elementary schools
totaling over $90 million. In addition to new construction,
the program also includes a heavy emphasis on renovation
projects totaling over $97 million which include:
